# How to export data from Street.co.uk

## How to export your data from Street.co.uk

Street.co.uk does not publish a consumer-facing “export my database” guide comparable to Reapit’s grid export article. Plan on in-CRM reports for properties, applicants, tenancies and client-accounting ledgers, plus a support-led extract for a full migration. Download tenant and landlord app documents before you cancel.

### 1. Properties and applicants

Run CRM reports or list exports for instructions, listings and the applicant pipeline. Include portal references if you remarket voids on the new system.

Typical format: CSV or Excel from CRM reports.

### 2. Tenancies and compliance

Export tenancy records, inspection schedules, renewals and certificate registers (gas, EICR, EPC). Download the underlying files from the property record.

Typical format: CSV plus PDF certificates.

### 3. Client accounting

Export tenancy ledgers, landlord statements, NRL records, deposits and suspense items. Ask Street support for a bulk financial extract if reports are period-limited.

Typical format: CSV/Excel ledgers and PDF statements.

### 4. Maintenance

Export open and closed maintenance requests, including photos held in the tenant app, so the history is not trapped in the consumer app at cutover.

Typical format: CSV plus image attachments.

## Watch-outs before you leave

- App-held photos, chat and approvals may not appear on a simple tenancy CSV. Export attachments separately.
- Client accounting includes suspense and NRL. Those balances need an explicit handover, not only a rent roll.
- Sales and lettings share contacts in a combined CRM. Decide whether sales stays on Street before you export people records.
