Questions about Yorlet pricing
- How does Yorlet pricing work?
- Yorlet combines a core platform plan with product-specific pricing. Some products are included in your package, some are usage based, and financial or enterprise products use custom pricing based on your portfolio and requirements.
- Do I need to buy every Yorlet product?
- No. Yorlet is modular. Start with the products your operation needs and add Leads, Maintenance, Guardrails, Compliance, Loyalty, AI, Prism, Workflows, Letters, Balance or Global FX as your requirements grow.
- Is custom pricing available?
- Yes. Custom packages are available for larger portfolios, high transaction or verification volumes, and businesses that need tailored implementation, integrations or support.
- How does Yorlet AI pricing work?
- Every team member starts on Free, with 30 assistant messages per person each calendar month. Standard is £20 per seat per month, or £192 per year. Premium is £100 per seat per month, or £960 per year. Annual billing is 20% off. You can mix Free, Standard and Premium seats in one organisation. Recover triage, the email agent, and Claude or ChatGPT run when the organisation has at least one paid seat.
- Can we mix Free, Standard and Premium AI seats?
- Yes. Assignment is one plan per person. An organisation of ten can be a mix of Free, Standard and Premium. Team members can request an upgrade; an admin approves before anything is billed. Message allowances stay per person, per calendar month, including on annual seats.
- How does Prism pricing work?
- Prism is billed separately for each account based on units under management. Standard starts at £50 per month or £480 per year, and Premium starts at £150 per month or £1,440 per year. Both include the first 100 units and a 14-day trial. Extra units use graduated per-unit pricing.
- Are payment processing fees separate?
- Yes. Payment processing is usage based, and the applicable fee depends on the payment method. The current card, Bacs Direct Debit, bank transfer and related service fees are listed on this page.
- What support is included?
- Every customer receives standard support. Premium and Enterprise support plans add faster response targets and additional account support for teams with more complex requirements.
