Yorlet Prism questions
- Do I need to know SQL to use Prism?
- No. Start with a reporting template, ask the built-in SQL assistant to create or change a query, or ask Yorlet AI to explore a question in plain English.
- Can a Prism query change my Yorlet records?
- No. Prism queries a curated, read-only snapshot. A query can analyse your data but cannot edit or delete records in Yorlet.
- How current is the data?
- Standard refreshes its snapshot overnight. Premium uses hourly incremental refreshes. Prism shows “Data as of” beside every result so you can see when the snapshot was built.
- Can Prism send reports automatically?
- Yes. Save a query, choose a schedule and add recipients. Prism runs it on that cadence and emails the result as a CSV.
- Can I report across more than one account?
- Yes. Organisation view lets you choose a query scope and analyse the Prism-enabled accounts you can access.
- How is Prism priced?
- Prism is billed per account based on units under management. Standard starts at £50 per month and Premium at £150 per month, including the first 100 units. Both include a 14-day trial, and annual billing is 20% off.
