MRI Software is a long-established global property technology vendor. In the UK it markets lettings software with property management and accounting, MRI Engage CRM for estate agents, resident portals, and wider products such as Qube PM for portfolio accounting, inspections, rent reviews, compliance diaries and service charges.
MRI’s UK lettings pages describe AI-assisted listings and enquiry handling, a digital applicant journey with e-signatures, automated rent collection, reconciliation and landlord payments, tenant issue logging with workflowed supplier payments, landlord portals and staff task management.

Strengths and limitations
Strengths
- Enterprise depth: accounting, portfolio complexity, mixed-use and global operating companies are MRI’s home ground.
- UK lettings and CRM products sit inside a much larger suite, which matters if you already run MRI for commercial or funds.
- Resident portal software is a dedicated product, including payments, documents, amenity booking and onboarding.
- Scale references (large tenancy counts and a wide partner list) suit multi-brand groups.
Limitations of fit
- Implementation cost, timeline and complexity are those of an enterprise suite, not a mid-market lettings platform you switch in weeks.
- UK lettings is one vertical inside a global catalogue; specialist UK journeys (deposit schemes, Right to Rent, high-street agency UX) can feel less native than a lettings-only product.
- No published MCP connection. AI is described around listings and enquiry handling rather than an open assistant protocol.
- Pricing is opaque. Budget professional services, not only licences.
