Export guide

How to export your data from PayProp UK

PayProp holds the money trail: tenancies, transactions, client-account balances and payouts. Use in-product reports and the API for a structured extract, and ask PayProp support for a full historical export if you are leaving. If Reapit (or another CRM) is connected, export both systems so tenancy IDs still match.
  1. 1

    Transactions and client accounts

Download financial and reconciliation reports for the date range you need, including landlord payouts, commission, contractor payments and unallocated cash. Request a complete transaction history from PayProp if on-screen reports paginate or cap rows.

Typical format: CSV or Excel reports; API extract where you already use the API.

  2. 2

    Tenancies and contacts

Export tenancy, tenant and landlord records from PayProp. If Reapit is the CRM of record, also export the Reapit tenancy grid so names, property IDs and start dates can be reconciled.

Typical format: CSV plus CRM Excel export.

  3. 3

    Arrears

Export the live arrears view and reminder history so open balances are not lost mid-chase.

Typical format: CSV or PDF arrears report.

  4. 4

    Maintenance tickets

Export open and closed tickets from PayProp. If Fixflo is connected, export Fixflo issues separately so photos and contractor invoices are complete.

Typical format: CSV plus Fixflo export if used.

Watch-outs before you leave

  • PayProp client accounts are live bank accounts. Plan the cutover so rent still lands, payouts still run and residual balances are paid or transferred with a clear audit trail.
  • A Reapit integration means some tenancies were created in one system and paid in the other. Export both, then join on a shared tenancy or property identifier.
  • Direct Debit and payment-method mandates do not always port. Budget time to re-enrol tenants on the new collector.
Import

Importing into Yorlet

Grant Yorlet access to PayProp UK (and any connected CRM, collector or maintenance tool). We transfer properties, people, tenancies, balances and documents, train your team and stay with you through go-live. Read the generic switch process if you want the four-stage view.

Before you export

  • Keep identifiers (tenancy ID, property ID, email) consistent across every export file.
  • Export connected systems in the same window so repairs and payments still join to the tenancy.
  • Plan Direct Debit re-enrolment if the collector is changing.

FAQ

Exporting from PayProp UK

Can I get my PayProp transaction history out?
Yes. Use financial reports in the workspace and, if needed, the API or a support extract. Export Reapit or your CRM at the same time if tenancies were synced.
What happens to Direct Debits when I leave PayProp?
Mandates are usually specific to the collector. Plan a re-enrolment window so tenants are not asked to pay twice and landlords are not left waiting on a payout.
