- Arthur Online, Street.co.uk and agency CRMs include lighter maintenance modules. Yorlet is the alternative when you want repairs on the same platform as rent, owners and the resident app, rather than a bolt-on.
- Should I replace Fixflo or keep it next to a new PMS?
- Replace it if repairs volume is ordinary and you want one tenancy record. Keep it if you rely on guided diagnosis, the contractor marketplace or planned-maintenance packages that a general PMS will not match.
